1. Overview of the Service

The Service is a web application that provides multilingual translation, pronunciation notation, nuance explanations, and vocabulary learning tools.

2. Usage limits and accounts

• Our service sets a daily character limit based on your plan (not logged-in, free member, paid supporter, etc.).
• Users must not circumvent character limits by improper means.
• Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity, or generating/sending excessively harmful content
• Acts that place excessive load on servers or network systems (e.g., excessive requests via automated scripts)
• Acts that infringe the privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights of other users or third parties

4. Intellectual property and data license

• Intellectual property rights in the Service's design, programs, logos, and similar materials belong to the Service operator.
• Copyright in text entered by users and in generated translation/explanation data generally belongs to the user. However, users grant the Service a free, non-exclusive right to use such data to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including cache storage and statistical analysis).

5. Disclaimer

• The Service strives for accuracy, reliability, and completeness of translation results to the extent possible, but does not guarantee them. The Service assumes no liability whatsoever for damages arising from the use of translation results.
• The Service may temporarily suspend or change the service without prior notice due to system maintenance or force majeure.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Service may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this site.
